To achieve online sales, you need two things: enough of the right traffic and a positive customer experience that will convert to purchase. The blueprint provides a plan of action that will improve both these areas for e-commerce success.
The initial review and strategy creation takes approximately one month. We’ll continue to work together for a further 3 months through follow-up calls. Your blueprint will guide you through 12 months of regular action and achievable goals.
Most of the work will be done remotely, with two office days where I meet your team, take a dive into your business and walk you through your strategy.
Approximately half a day of office time to talk through my findings from my site review and another half day to review your strategy, plus 3 progress calls, one per month for the first 3 months.
When it comes to implementing your strategy, you can either invest the time in carrying out the recommendations yourself or invest in my services on a retainer. I can either carry out the suggested actions or project manage your team making the changes. Explore this option more.
There is no VAT on top of the price and no hidden additional costs. Travel expenses to London are included for the two office days, for other locations please get in touch to discuss options.
You should have some budget available for marketing and advertising to maximise the potential of the strategy I provide you with. You also have the option to add a retainer at an additional cost if you would like me to implement the strategy for you.
I require a 25% deposit to get started, with the remaining balance due on delivery of your strategy document.
